Hey there, Kris! In the interest of time, I've gone back to a very rough sketch technique so that we can identify possible layouts for the primate family tree. You had mentioned that we needed to try and conserve space a little more, so I sketched out a few possibilities. They're not as strictly linear as the original ideas, and they're a bit more compact. They may not give as much of a sense of linear time, however.

What do you think? Do any of these seem like they would fit the space, convey the vital concept, and still be an elegant solution? Let me know, when you can!
